TOMATO BISQUE RECIPE

INGREDIENTS

2 teaspoons chopped garlic 2-quarts butter 2 tablespoons unbleached flour Four quarts chicken broth and fourteen ounces of crushed tomatoes 1/4 teaspoon of paprika 2% garlic salt infused with parsley granules 1 teaspoon basil 1 cup of half-cream

STEP-1

One minute is sufficient to saute garlic in butter in a medium saucepan. Then, incorporate the flour into the mixture.

INSTRUCTION

STEP-2

Gradually add the chicken broth into the pot. Once thoroughly combined, stir in the tomatoes, paprika, garlic salt, and basil.

STEP-3

Cook the mixture for approximately 2 minutes, or until it has thickened.

Step-4

The soup should be pureed using a blender until the desirable consistency is achieved. This must be accomplished in segments.

Step-5

In a serving basin, combine the pureed soup and heavy cream. To season, combine pepper and salt. Fresh basil and cream are used to garnish.
