Salad ▢10 oz fresh spinach rinsed, dried and torn to bite sized pieces ▢1 qt strawberries washed, hulled and sliced ▢1/4 cup slivered almonds blanched Dressing ▢2 tablespoons sesame seeds ▢1 tablespoon poppy seeds ▢1/2 cup sugar ▢1/2 cup olive oil ▢1/4 cup distilled vinegar ▢1/4 teaspoon paprika ▢1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce ▢1 teaspoon onion powder


Step - 1

Combine the onion, sesame seeds, poppy seeds, sugar, olive oil, vinegar, paprika, and Worcestershire sauce in a medium basin using a whisk.   

Refrigerate while covered for an hour.  

Step - 2

Stir together the spinach, strawberries, and hazelnuts in a large salad bowl.   

Step - 3

After adding the dressing, combine.   

Step - 4

Serve after an additional 10 to 15 minutes of refrigeration.
