STEP-1

Combine the dry ingredients—flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt—in a medium mixing basin. Whisk until the ingredients are thoroughly combined.

Whisk together the milk, oil, egg, and vanilla with the dry ingredients until homogeneous. Fold in the vanilla and decorations as a final step.

STEP-3

Pour the mixture onto a greased, hot griddle in the shape of four-inch pancakes. When the cakes start to bubble, it is appropriate to turn them. When each side of the pancake reaches a golden brown color, they are done.

Step-4

Frost the top with whipped cream and a strawberry inverted and topped with a small amount of whipped cream to resemble a Santa cap.
