PANCAKE RECIPE

INGREDIENTS

1/2 cup flour, all-purpose 3.2% powdered baking soda 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 tablespoon sugar 1 1/2 cups milk 1 egg Melted 3 tablespoons unsalted butter 1 teaspoon essence of vanilla Fruit, whipped cream, and buttermilk nectar are the toppings.

Sift the flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt into a large basin.

Create a well in the center of the ingredients that are desiccated. Add the egg, melted butter, milk, and vanilla to the mixture. Combine by combining.

STEP-3

Preheat an oil-coated griddle or skillet over medium-high heat (approximately 375°F).

Step-4

For each pancake, pour about a quarter cup of batter onto the griddle. About 3 minutes, or until bubbly and faintly browned. Continue cooking for an additional 2 minutes, or until browned on the second side. Serve while still heated, garnished to taste.
