6 ounces softened cream cheese 1 cup cheddar cheese, grated 10-12 seeded and halved jalapeno chiles One-cup milk 1 cup flour, all-purpose 1 cup fragments of bread vegetable cooking oil 


Step - 1

In a bowl, combine cream cheese and grated cheese. A few tablespoons of this mixture should be spooned into the pepper halves.  

Bread crumbs, flour, and milk should be placed in separate containers. Jalapenos are dipped in flour, milk, and then back in milk. Coat the peppers thoroughly in the bread crumbs in a basin.  

Step - 2

In a skillet, heat the oil over medium-high heat. Fry jalapeno chilies until golden brown, about a minute.  

Step - 3

Drain on a plate lined with paper towels. Warm before dunking in ranch or another preferred sauce.
