1/4 cup Italian dressing ▢1 1/2 lb pork tenderloin cut into bite size pieces ▢1 tsp minced garlic ▢1 tsp onion powder ▢30 oz pinto beans rinsed ▢16 oz green salsa ▢14.5 oz chicken broth ▢1 can corn ▢sour cream ▢cheese ▢tortilla strips ▢fresh cilantro chopped


Step - 1

Combine the meat seasoning, garlic, and onion powder in a large saucepan. 14 to 15 minutes on MEDIUM-HIGH, or until the meat is thoroughly cooked.  

Combine the maize, beans, salsa, and broth in a pot. Mix well.  

Step - 2

Bringing to a boil, then simmering for 15 minutes on low heat.  

Step - 3

Garnish with sour cream, cheese, tortilla segments, and cilantro before pouring into bowls.
