To blanch green beans, bring a pot of water to a boil and cook the beans (or until brilliant green) for about 2 minutes. Add the legumes to an ice bath (bowl of ice water) without delay. Dry the beans with paper towels after draining them.
Over medium-high heat, heat the oil in a large saucepan or deep fryer.
Add flour to one basin, an egg (beaten), and bread crumbs to another bowl while the oil is heating.
Coat green beans with the egg mixture after drizzling them in flour. Combine with bread crumbs and coat the legume thoroughly.
Fry green beans for approximately 4 minutes, or until golden brown, in oil. Transfer to a plate lined with paper towels to drain excess oil after frying. Warm and serve with condiments.
