3/4 cup butter (softened) ▢1 1/4 cup sugar ▢2 eggs ▢2 tsp vanilla extract ▢1 1/2 cup Horizon Organic Eggnog ▢2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour ▢1 tsp baking powder ▢1 tsp nutmeg ▢1 tsp cinnamon Eggnog Glaze


Step - 1

In the beginning, cream the butter and sugar until light and airy. Combine the eggs and vanilla thoroughly.  

Whisk in the eggnog until thoroughly combined. Combine the flour, baking powder, nutmeg, and cinnamon in a separate basin. Mix.  

Step - 2

Combine the flour mixture with the butter mixture until thoroughly combined.  

Step - 3

Drop batter using a cookie scoop onto baking trays lined with parchment. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Allow to settle.  

Step - 4

To make glaze, combine eggnog and granulated sugar. Drizzle upon the biscuits.
