1/4 cup butter ▢1/4 cup vegetable oil ▢3/4 cup sugar ▢1/3 cup brown sugar ▢2 large eggs ▢1 1/2 tsp baking powder ▢1/2 tsp baking soda ▢1 tsp ground nutmeg ▢2 tsp cinnamon ▢3/4 tsp salt ▢1 tsp vanilla extract ▢2 2/3 cup all-purpose flour ▢1 cup milk


Step - 1

Set the oven temperature to 425 degrees. Use cupcake liners to line a tray.  

Cream together the butter, oil, and sugars in a mixer until homogeneous. Eggs should be incorporated and beaten until airy. Combine flour, powder, soda, nutmeg, and cinnamon with salt and vanilla. Beat efficiently.  

Step - 2

Pour batter to the brim of the liners. Bake until the tops are golden and springy to the touch, 15 to 17 minutes. After 10 minutes of cooling, apply Glaze.  

Step - 3

Combine water, powdered sugar, vanilla, and melted butter to create the glaze. Blend until uniform.  

Step - 4

Once the muffins have begun to chill slightly, drizzle the glaze over the muffin top and permit the glaze to solidify. After the item has hardened, re-dip it and allow it to solidify. Enjoy and serve.
