Remove the outer crust from the bread.
Utilize a rolling implement to pound bread flat. Cream together cream cheese and powdered sugar in a small basin until thoroughly combined.
Combine sugar and cinnamon in a separate basin; set aside. Roll 1 to 1 and a half tablespoons of the cream cheese mixture onto each piece of compressed bread.
After dipping each roll of bread into the melted butter, coat it in the cinnamon and sugar mixture.
Place on a pastry sheet that has not been greased.
Proceed with the remaining bread segments.
Bake until golden brown, 16 to 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Keep toasty.
