Chicken Tinga Tostada

There are eight maize tortillas. Spray cooking oil 2 1/2 cups Chicken Tinga (refer to Recipe Linked Below) 1 can of low-sodium refried beans (15 ounces) a half cup cotija cheese, shredded 1/2 cup freshly cut cilantro  


Step - 1

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Coat both sides of the tortillas with cooking spray before arranging them in a single layer on a baking tray.  

Step - 2

Bake, turning once, for approximately 12 minutes, or until crisp.  

Step - 3

In the interim, bring chicken tinga and refried beans to a simmer in separate saucepans.  

Step - 4

Following the bean distribution, garnish each tortilla with one-third of the chicken, one tablespoon of cheese, and one tablespoon of cilantro.
