CHICKEN CORN CHOWDER RECIPE

INGREDIENTS

3 cups broth from poultry 2 cups diced potatoes 1 cup diced vegetables Cup of maize 1/2 teaspoon salt One-fourth cup butter 1/4 cup flour, all-purpose Two-cup milk Three tablespoons cheddar cheese, shreds 2 cups minced cooked chicken

STEP-1

Bring to a boil poultry broth in a large pot.
