CHEDDAR BAY BISCUIT RECIPE

2 cups buttermilk baking mix ▢1 cup sharp cheddar cheese shredded ▢⅔ cup milk (2% or whole) ▢¼ cup unsalted butter melted ▢1 teaspoon garlic salt (with parsley flakes) (with parsley flakes)

Ingredients

Step - 1

Turn the oven to 450°F.  

Combine the grated cheese and baking mix in a medium bowl. Then, incorporate the milk gradually while mixing with a wooden utensil until a soft dough forms.  

Step - 2

teaspoon dough onto a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper using a large cookie teaspoon. Cook for eight to ten minutes, or until golden brown.  

Step - 3

It can also be prepared in a stockpot over the stovetop.
