Carne Asada ▢1½ pounds flank steak, (or flat iron steak) ▢⅓ cup olive oil ▢3 tablespoons lime juice ▢½ cup cilantro, chopped ▢4 teaspoons minced garlic ▢1 teaspoon cumin powder ▢½ teaspoon chili powder ▢salt and pepper, to taste Fries ▢1 (26-ounce) package frozen French fries ▢sour cream ▢guacamole ▢2 Roma tomatoes, diced


Step - 1

Mermarinde can be prepared in a small basin by combining cumin, chili powder, olive oil, lime juice, cilantro, minced garlic, and garlic.  

Coat the steak and transfer it to a baking dish or basin containing the marinade. Allow the meat to marinate for an additional two to three hours.  

Step - 2

Depending on personal inclination, bake or fry French fries according to the package instructions prior to grilling meat.  

Step - 3

Bring the grill to a medium-high temperature and sear the meat for 5 to 7 minutes per side. Allow the meat to settle for five minutes on the cutting board.  

Step - 4

Serve meat warm after slicing it against the grain at an angle with a pointed knife.  

Step - 5

Spread cooked french fries with diced tomatoes, cilantro, shredded cheese, carne asada, sour cream, and guacamole on a large platter.
