BUTTERMILK PANCAKE RECIPE

Three tablespoons flour, all-purpose Three tons of sugar Three teaspoons of baking soda 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder 3/4 teaspoon salt Cups of buttermilk, 3 Half a cup milk 3 eggs 1/3 cup softened butter One teaspoon of vanilla essence 

Ingredients

Step - 1

In a large basin, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.    

Step - 2

Whisk together the buttermilk, milk, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla in a separate basin.  

Combine the moist and dry ingredients with a wooden spoon until just combined.  It is acceptable that flour particles will likely occur.    

Step - 3

Preheat an oil-coated griddle or skillet over medium-high heat (approximately 375°F). For each pancake, pour about a quarter cup of batter onto the griddle.  

Step - 4

About 3 minutes, or until bubbles form and the underside is faintly browned. Continue cooking for an additional 2 minutes, or until browned on the second side. After adding preferred garnishes, serve warm.
