▢3 cups fresh blueberries ▢½-¾ cup sugar, depending on the sweetness of your berries ▢½ tablespoon cornstarch ▢2 tablespoons water


Step - 1

Add the blueberries and sugar to a medium saucepan.

Whisk together the cornstarch and water in a small basin. Stir the cornstarch mixture into the saucepan after adding it to the pot.

Bring the sauce to a simmer over medium heat, whisking frequently.

Simmer for two to three minutes, mashing a portion of the blueberries with a utensil until they have thickened.
