AVOCADO EGG RECIPE

Medium avocado, one 2 eggs 1 cooked bacon sliver, crumbled One tablespoon of low-fat cheese, grated 

Ingredients

Step - 1

Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.  

To commence, halve the avocado and extract the seed.  

Step - 2

Scoop out a portion of the avocado with a utensil until it is slightly larger than the egg and yolk. Utilize a muffin pan to maintain the avocado's stability during preparation.  

Step - 3

After cracking an egg, incorporate it into the avocado. Sprinkle a small amount of cheese and a sprinkle of salt on top. Place seared bacon on top.  

Step - 4

Fourteen to sixteen minutes. Keep toasty.
